Userbrain invites you to their event

Back to User Testing Basics in the Age of AI

About this event

AI can make a lot of the work around user testing faster and easier. But faster execution doesn’t automatically lead to better product decisions.

When tests, tasks, summaries and analyses can be created in seconds, the challenge is knowing what is actually worth paying attention to. What are you trying to learn? What evidence can answer that question? What can you meaningfully compare? And what does the result actually mean for the product decision in front of you?

In this live webinar, we go back to the fundamentals of user testing and show how they help you stay focused when AI takes on more of the work.

You’ll leave knowing how to:

  • turn a product or business question into a focused user test
  • get clear on what you actually need to learn from users
  • choose evidence and measures that fit the decision you need to make
  • recognize when results are useful, misleading or not meaningfully comparable
  • connect what you learn from users back to a clear product decision
  • use AI for the heavy lifting while keeping the judgment with you

We’ll put these ideas into practice with a real Userbrain example, moving from a concrete product question to the test, the evidence and the decision that follows.

No research background required. This session is for product managers, designers, founders and anyone else using real user feedback to make product decisions.

The goal is not to teach you every research method. It’s to give you enough of the fundamentals to know what to look for, understand what the evidence actually tells you and make the call with confidence, even when AI makes more of the work easier.
