About this webinar

This webinar will detail the physical phenomena that make an electric machine a source of noise and vibration, from magnetic excitations to the vibration and noise generated by machines and their modal behavior. A focus will be made on the influence of the rotor eccentricities and of the control strategy on the NVH of electric motors.

The NVH and dynamics topics will be extended to the complete driveline with an analysis of the physical phenomena that make a gear transmission a source of noise and vibration and also a matter of concern regarding the structural reliability.
