Virbac invites you to their event

10 pm Small actions to fix your revenue stream now, drive improved profitability later

About this event

What is this webinar about:

This webinar will help clinicians and clinic managers stay ahead of the significant changes happening in the veterinary supply chain. It will look in detail at the revenue journey, focusing on the need to understand, measure and optimize your pricing structures and fee to drug ratios. We will also look at how to maximize the proportion of vet-exclusive services and procedures you provide (as opposed to preventative care that can be sourced elsewhere by owners).

What can you learn:

  • Understand the true cost of goods (net-net pricing of medication and foods may be lower than you think, once rebates have been applied to wholesale costs).
  • Learn how to compete more effectively with online providers of food and medication.
  • Understand the client cycle and key touchpoints on the client journey to and through the clinic.
  • Know how to measure client attrition, recruitment and retention levels to keep your client base commercially viable.
  • Have the tools and knowledge to change your revenue mix to boost profitability by focusing more on services based on vet skills, not bought-in products.
  • Understand how colleagues react to change, using theoretical tools such as the Kübler-Ross and Kotter models.
