In the context of growing resistance to antimicrobials, blanket dry cow therapy with antibiotics is no longer advisable. Only cows with intramammary infection should be treated with antibiotics at dry-off. However, selecting these cows is difficult because the diagnostic criteria are not 100% reliable. The objective of this webinar is to present the do's and don'ts of selective dry cow therapy and the way to make selection a smart process, thanks to a new tool made available to you by Virbac.
