Luisa has held this position since 2021, when she joined OFI AM, which has since become Ofi Invest AM, a subsidiary of Groupe Ofi Invest. She has extensive experience in socially responsible investment roles in research and asset management in France and internationally at groups such as Vigeo, Groupama Asset Management, Banque Postale AM and AXA IM. Luisa holds a Master degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
Jean-Baptiste Rouphaël began his career as a Sustainability Associate at PwC in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Prior to joining Mirova as a Senior Impact & ESG Specialist, Jean-Baptiste Rouphaël served at Oddo BHF as Head of Sustainability Research in Paris, France, for 6 years.He holds a Master degree from HEC Paris, France.
