In this workshop, participants will learn about the benefits of using mind maps for retrospectives in project management and how to use Xmind, a popular mind mapping tool, to facilitate effective retrospectives. The workshop will cover the basics of mind mapping and its advantages over traditional retrospective methods, as well as practical tips for using Xmind to create visually appealing and informative retrospectives. Participants will have the opportunity to practice creating mind maps using Xmind and receive feedback from the facilitator and other participants.
