The June 2021 update of the Xtremepush platform has introduced a range of new features into the Customer Journey Builder. On June 29th, we’re hosting a short, informative session on how you can use these capabilities to enhance your automated workflows.
We’ll be covering Split Actions, which allow you to A/B any aspect of the workflow including the timing and content, and even compare the efficacy of different channels.
Additionally, we’ll look at the Allowed Resume Windows feature, which gives you greater control than ever over when messages are delivered as part of the workflow.
