eXpander Special Edition - Lean Coffee with Kanbanize - Episode 1 of 4

About this event

Do you have any burning question about Kanban? Need some advice when setting up your board? Want to bounce off some of your concerns?

We are happy to announce that Xuviate together with Kanbanize will host a series of four Lean Coffee style webinars to discuss all your burning questions on this topic.

For this first episode our topic will be "Kanban for IT leaders in mid-sized businesses" and we are privileged to have none other than Dimitar Karaivanov, CEO of Kanbanize, as our guest and topic expert.

Although we have no idea about the actual agenda on the day, we do suspect to see some of the following questions up-voted for inclusion:

  • What is Kanban? Just a different way of "Getting Things Done"?
  • I want to try Kanban in my IT department but don't know how to start. Can you help?
  • What are the most common mistakes IT leaders make when first implementing Kanban?
  • When should I choose an electronic tool like Kanbanize instead of a physical Kanban board?
  • Is limiting WIP (Work in Progress) really that important?
  • What is this "pull" that everybody keeps talking about?
  • I struggle with adoption. What can I do to get momentum?

It is our goal to answer as many important questions as possible within the one hour we have.
