He has more than 12 years’ experience in clinical research, having worked for pharmaceutical companies/sponsors, as well as clinical technology providers. Karl has working knowledge of eCOA, eConsent, translations, licensing, and library management. He obtained a BSc (honors) degree in Industrial Microbiology, and later a PhD in Neuroscience from University College Dublin, with his doctoral work focused on the Prion protein and its role in neurodegeneration.
