About this event
Clinical trial technology is entering a more mature phase. Sponsors and CROs are no longer asking what’s new, they’re asking what works, what scales responsibly, and what can be trusted over time.
In this session, YPrime shares two signals consistently emerging across sponsor conversations and industry research: the evolution of patient engagement and a more measured, realistic approach to AI.
You’ll hear how expectations around engagement are shifting from activity metrics toward patient confidence, and why clarity, not complexity, is proving to be the most effective driver of retention and data quality.
The session also explores how the industry’s perspective on AI is evolving, moving beyond early experimentation toward questions of reliability, explainability, and responsible implementation.
This discussion takes a grounded view of where these capabilities are creating real value—and where caution is required.
