The speaker
Philippe ESTIVAL is a GNSS expert at the French civil aviation service provider (DGAC/DSNA) currently involved in EGNOS mission requirements and standardization activities on future multi-constellation GNSS receivers since 2015. Beforehand he has been in charge of EGNOS Central Control Facility operational support and evolutions for PACF department and then for ESSP SAS System Operation Unit. He graduated in 2005 as an electronics engineer from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) in Toulouse, France.
