EDHEC Executive Education invites you to their event

Women in Leadership - How MBAs can contribute to more gender balance in boardrooms

About this event

According to HBR, firms with greater gender diversity among senior leadership perform better. The addition of female executives in decision-making positions shifts companies’ strategic approach to innovation. But, despite proven benefits of female leadership, still only one in four C-suite leaders is a woman.

This online panel discussion explores why it is important to have more women in leadership positions and how MBA programmes can contribute to more gender balance - from the classroom to the boardroom.

Furthermore, this online panel discussion is a unique opportunity to

  • Find out how MBAs are preparing the next generation of women leaders
  • Learn first-hand from alumni how the EDHEC Global MBA has impacted their leadership posture
  • Discover how business schools are supporting gender diversity both in the class and in the boardroom

Host Sandra Richez, EDHEC Global MBA Programme Director, will be joined by panelists Jane Hoskisson, Director Talent, Learning, Engagement and Diversity at IATA and Stephanie Nowak, Consultant for Strategic Foresight and Innovation at Rohrbeck Heger.
