The number of companies deploying Big Data is expected to double in the near future, exceeding the implementation rate of other “hot” technologies such as data visualization and process automation. The world of finance as we know is changing thanks to FinTech and through technologies as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Fintech and Insurtech are analyzing large amounts of data, regulatory datasets, real-time transactions and more in order to improve delivery of new financial services.
About the webinar: This webinar aims to presents business cases in the financial and insurance sector based on the H2020 project INFINITECH. During a 50 minutes presentation, the innovative solutions provided by Big Data, Iot and AI developed by INFINITECH will be presented by our partners. Participants are invited to take part during this discussion that will give a European panorama on how this project, made of 48 European partners, is going to change digital finance as we know it.

Then, the event will showcase two innovative financial solutions currently in development by an European consortium (involving Finance Innovation) and funded in part by EIT Digital : 1) AIMS platform, a digital movable asset registry based on blockchain to create a new ecosystem to boost the issuing of credit lines towards SMEs guaranteed by trusted and registered collateral and (2) CHRES solution, a fully automated platform that helps you to hedge your investments in foreign currencies against market risk.
