Tiffany is a learning architect at Mensura. She designs and steers learning solutions at the intersection of instructional design, HR and organizational change. She is known for her ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable learning architectures that strengthen communication, collaboration and sustainable ways of working. Driven by a strong belief in upstream thinking, she helps identify weak links early on and turn them into opportunities for growth. Alongside her role at Mensura, Tiffany is a board member of VOV Lerend Netwerk, the largest L&D association in Flanders, where she actively contributes to the development of the learning profession. She holds a Master's Degree of Educational Sciences, a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Psychology and completed a microcredential in Digital Communication Strategies.
Monika Kaczorowska has over 20 years of experience in training development and delivery, project management, and process optimisation. She has worked with international organisations across multiple sectors and held various roles to build a strong understanding of business needs. Alongside her corporate experience, she founded a training company specialising in business communication, customer service, and industry-specific language training. As a Learning Architect at Mensura Learn & Connect, Monika focuses on designing impactful training programmes for both clients and employees, combining her educational background with a strong understanding of workplace safety and communication. She holds a Master’s degree in Translation and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, complemented by postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing.
