CARA 5.10 Release - Key Features and Uses

Here are some of the key updates:

• 'My Checked Out Docs' node has been added to views as default.
• Notification templates can now be individually set to active or inactive.
• MFA codes can now be sent by email.
• MFA QR codes are initially hidden from view for increased security.
• A new column configuration window has been provided for end users.
• Workflows and lifecycles now have an export diagram option.
• Custom actions that run as privileged users cannot be updated or created by non-admin users.
• Enhancements to workspace administration have been made: Junior administrators can be provided with a limited view of the control panel and options to update only selected configuration elements. Such users are prevented from creating new configurations.
• 'Expand All' options have been added to Structure Manager and folder hierarchies. These are implemented with a new system capability.
