Annie Coleridge (2 x FemTech CEO)
In the realm of health technology, Annie has forged a career with a focus on enhancing women's access to health information and services, particularly addressing the underserved area of perimenopause/menopause.
Annie founded and sold Alva, a platform aiding 15,000 women in obtaining clinical-grade diagnoses for perimenopause and menopause. Serving as the interim CEO of The Lowdown, the UK's premier health research platform for women, she oversaw its expansion into areas such as endometriosis, fertility, and PCOS. Drawing from these experiences, Annie, also a recovered founder, actively engages in coaching, mentoring, advising, and angel investing to share valuable insights and contribute to the transformation of women's health.

Karli is the Founder and CEO of the world's first Period Biobank, she is fearlessly leading the charge in turning 'that time of the month' into a revolutionary period of progress for women's health research. I built, and subsequently sold, a platform for menopausal women called Alva. Alva helped 15,000 women get a clinical grade diagnosis for perimenopause and menopause through our MHRA accredited medical device. More recently, I was also the interim CEO of the Lowdown - the UK's leading health research platform for women. I oversaw the expansion of the product into endometriosis, fertility and PCOS. I've founded, consulted, and led a number of companies changing the future of women's health. I have learned an enormous amount from these experiences, including as a recovered founder, and regularly coach, mentor, advise and angel invest so that others can benefit from these learnings.
