Agata Nowicka (Founder & Investor, Female Foundry)
Agata is a two-time entrepreneur (one company exit) , an angel and a VC investor. After selling her first business, a data analytics platform in Hong Kong, Agata has been a mentor and advisor to dozens of startup founders through a variety of accelerators such as Techstars and Hult Prize. Agata is also the founder of Female Foundry, a network of over 6,000 VC investors and founders across Europe and the author of the State of Gender Diversity in European Venture report.
Mathilde Lefrançois (Co-founder, Farmitoo)
Mathilde is a French entrepreneur drived by impact and meaningful businesses. She first founded a marketplace of travelling and sports equipments between consumers after Le Wagon - sold in 2016. Then, she co-created an association : to make social impact assessment around the word during a year. Since 2018, her mission with Farmitoo is to help farmers to buy their equipments at the best price with a European online platform.
Sandrine Zhang Ferron (Founder/CEO, Vinterior)
Sandrine Zhang Ferron co-founded Vinterior, the UK’s largest online pre-loved furniture and homewares marketplace, in 2016 after a career in finance. She launched the start-up after purchasing her home and realised buying second-hand yielded higher-quality pieces at more affordable prices. After taking a three-month coding bootcamp she built the site from scratch. The company's mission is to create a more sustainable furniture industry.
