Luminate invites you to their event

The Executive Talent Evolution p3: Predictive Talent Strategy

About this event

Who this is for

Senior talent leaders in organisations of 5,000+ employees with direct responsibility for executive-level talent (Heads of Executive Talent, Heads of Talent Acquisition, CHROs, CPOs etc.)

We're keeping this to a small, highly focused audience: 30 spots only.

About the session

Many organisations are on a journey to being more proactive when it comes to executive talent.

The most progressive talent leaders are going further, towards a predictive talent strategy.

They're tackling disruption and uncertainty head on – asking what their leadership team needs to look like in five years' time, and where that talent will come from.

In the final part of the series, Myles is joined by Sam Fletcher (Head of Research & Talent Intelligence at Coca-Cola HBC) for an in-depth discussion on how to become more predictive in your talent strategy.

What we'll cover

  • How to identify leadership capability gaps before they become urgent vacancies
  • Why the profile of a transformation leader is shifting, and what that means for who you hire
  • Where to find leaders with the capabilities you need when your default industries can’t supply them
  • What you can learn about talent movement between industries
  • How AI is impacting the capabilities needed from leadership teams due to the changes in offshoring, location strategy, and shared service models
  • Our talent predictions for the next few years, and how you can plan for them
