About this event
The first year of multi-state EPR is officially in the books. California's November baseline is submitted. Oregon and Colorado programs are running.
Some brands figured it out early. Others are still untangling spreadsheets. Most landed somewhere in the middle — they got it done, but not without some bruises.
No matter where you fall on that spectrum, you weren't alone. The unclear ownership, the scramble for supplier data, the internal conversations that went in circles. We saw it all this year.
But here's what we don't want to lose sight of: this work matters. Every reporting cycle, every hard-won internal alignment, every data system that finally clicks into place — it's moving us toward real change in how packaging is designed, recovered, and accounted for. Oregon is already showing progress on flexible recyclables. The system is working.
Join rePurpose for an honest conversation about Year One and what's ahead for 2026.
We'll share real stories from brands who figured it out and a few confessions from those who learned the hard way. Bring your energy, burning questions, and be prepared for a few laughs.
