About this event
This session is designed specifically for veterinary technicians/nurses, and other support staff who use CoVet as part of their daily workflow. The session will focus on improving team collaboration, maximizing efficiency, and helping support staff get the most out of CoVet.
Topics will include basic CoVet how-tos for support staff, working effectively within Teams, creating and using medical history summaries, managing unassigned cases, editing and exporting documentation, and using the phone calling feature. We’ll also share practical tips and workflows that can help support staff save time, stay organized, and collaborate more effectively with the entire veterinary team.
