MTD for Income Tax (MTD ITSA) becomes mandatory from 6 April 2026 for individual landlords and sole traders with qualifying gross income over £50,000, with lower thresholds phased in later.
This free, one-hour session is for Propman users who manage property income for landlords or who fall into scope themselves. We’ll explain what’s changing, the new quarterly reporting cycle, and how Propman supports MTD ITSA today and on the roadmap, so you can get your data and processes ready, reduce year-end admin pressure, and lower compliance risk. The session will be run by Product Owner Natasha Fura, who will also be available for live questions in the Q&A.
