We are excited about the opportunity to share some of our favorite products with you and reward you for your engagement. We have a few terms and conditions for eligibility you should know:
- Gift card offer is only available to supplement department staff for active Natural Factors retail partners and is subject to verification.
- Official program start date was July 1st, 2021 – participation in any education trainings prior to this date will not count toward your points and should be re-watched.

- Must be eligible for giveaways per your employer’s policy.
- Credits earned for content viewed on our education company page only, naturalfactors.com/education
- Registration fields must be completed in its entirety.
- Credits are issued for the first viewing of each training only.
- Training must be watched in its entirety to receive any credit.
- Natural Factors will not automatically update participants on credit balances, participants must email US-Education@naturalfactors.com for balance inquiries and redemption.
- Upon request for redemption, credit balances and employment status will be verified.
- Credits will expire one year after the first viewing.
- Gift cards will either be emailed or shipped to your home address.
- Natural Factors employees and independent contractors are not eligible for rewards
- We reserve the right to restrict or limit access to this program at anytime.
