Streaming Scan Network
This tutorial is for DFT and Test Engineers who are either using or thinking of using SSN (Streaming Scan Network) to aid testability of parallel test for multi-core devices. The tutorial shows how to easily utilise SSNs on an ATE system.
[Note this not a tutorial on implementing SSN in your design, rather the tutorial shows how, once implemented in design, the vectors can easily be used in an ATE program]
