About this event
Benefit is a beauty brand, renowned for being the original indie brand, its innovative and playful cosmetics products, and cheeky personality. Benefit’s 12,000 learners are constantly on the go, helping customers and squeezing in training whenever they can. They needed training that was easily adapted in local languages, easy to use and update on multiple LMS systems and seriously on-brand.
In this session, we’ll show how Benefit partnered with GuyKat to build learning that’s flexible, fun, and most importantly fast to roll out. You’ll hear how the team created bite-sized, brand-rich modules in FLOWSPARKS to get new starters up to speed quickly. And how they’re now taking control of content creation themselves to keep things fresh, localised, and aligned long-term.
Walk away with top tips to:
💄 Launch your learning fast, whilst keeping it fabulous
💄 Build scalable, localised, bite-sized training that works in the real world
💄 Equip your internal teams to create future content independently
Join us on Thursday 16th October - 9:00 PT / 12:00 ET/ 17:00 BST / 18:00 CEST
