Pre Tape-out Simulation of Mixed-Signal ATE Programs (Pacific Time)

Thanks to AMS-VT, the benefits of pre tape-out simulation of ATE programs is now available for Analog and Mixed-Signal devices:-

• reducing risks of re-spins
• getting tested samples into customer hands sooner
• getting to volume test sooner.

Until now, this has only been practical for digital test patterns. This tutorial outlines the challenges involved in implementing the same kind of flow for Analog and Mixed-Signal devices and how these challenges have been overcome with Test Insight's latest product AMS-VT.
