SKiiP 7: Latest Generation Intelligent Power Module for Drives and Beyond
The newest member of the well-established SKiiP IPM family is here. SKiiP 7 offers all the advantages of previous SKiiP generations and combines the high power of Generation 7 IGBTs with a new digital driver, all in a familiar package. High-reliability drives and wind converters from 150kW to 2MW are possible with industry-leading power density and cost per unit area.
