Playing the Hand You Are Dealt - Building Culture in Established Teams

When you begin a team from the ground up, the sky's the limit in terms of how you create and shape and mold your ulture. Some people think that when you walk into an established team as the new person, that you can’t change the culture or if you can, you are limited to a degree with the circumstance you are dealt. So how do we work within the confines of an existing team and practice culture to create the type of culture and team that we ultimately want to have?

Join Dr Andy Roark as we discuss how to establish culture within an established team.
