    Michael Schulte is Senior Vice President, for TriVoca Health. In this role he manages several global healthcare accounts and provides consultative services for his clients, ranging from strategic account planning, partner collaboration and project execution. Michael has been in marketing research his entire professional career, starting off as a project manager for Horizon Insight – a full-service research consulting agency. With that experience, he learned the fundamentals but consistently challenged the status quo and in the process, developed a well-defined research strategy for the market research environment as we know it today.

    Shannon Childs President @ TriVoca Health

    Shannon Childs has spent over 30 years in healthcare market research and consulting, working with pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, helping them make strong business decisions through primary and secondary research initiatives. For nearly 25 years, Shannon worked on the agency side designing research to support the launch of dozens of brands across a variety of therapeutic areas, consulted on how to maximize brand share prior to loss of exclusivity, and worked on numerous Rx to OTC switches. As the role of data became more critical over time, she transitioned to the data collection side of the industry in 2020 to lead a healthcare division and ensure data was being captured in ways to maximize client decision making. As current President of TriVoca Health, Shannon leads teams focused on delivering primary research (qualitative inputs as well as large scale, quantitative tracking studies) for pharmaceutical companies and insights consultants.
